  • While initially I had some pretty good experience with this, over time it has started leaking more air overnight. It's generally comfortable, but it seems that I need to add some air each time I sleep on it which wasn't the case when I first got the mattress. I can't find a leak so I'm not sure if it's leaking at the intake valve or not. Will provide updates if I find anything different.

The rubber around the plastic eye protectors immediately fell off and continues to fall off constantly. If you get them to stay together, at least you likely cannot stay underwater long enough for them to fall apart again. For $5 I guess it was a decent value for one time use to reach the bottom of my pool to scoop leaves. Their customer support feature leads to nowhere on their site, as I was hoping it was under a warranty. Buy better goggles.

I sold my bedroom set started sleeping on my couch but decided I wanna be in my room because it’s always cold downstairs so I started making pallets on the floor 😂 funny right at this grown age who’s sleeping on the floor!? So I couldn’t take it anymore. Floor was extremely hard and painful so I decided to get an air mattress and this worked out perfectly. It’ll do for now till I get a new bedroom set. I like it a lot!

  • I've had it for almost a week now and I can say with confidence that I don't regret buying. It's decently comfy and sort of bouncy/wobbly in a sense which I kinda like. I bought this to replace one that started to deflate pretty much 10 minutes after and with this one I haven't had to re-inflate since I got it and for reference it's been 5 days. The raised head area is a nice touch when used with a pillow and it sits pretty high up as well so if you want to put a sheet on it check measurements.

  • I was hesitant to purchase this chair after reading some of the reviews.... But, decided to anyways. I am happy with my purchase too! I got this for my 5 year old sons room (for watching movies, ect) however all 3 of my kids love it (almost 2,5 and 11) My husband (185lbs) has sat in it and we haven't had any problems with it loosing air, the kids have actually been rough on it at times too, and so far so good) I actually just used a hair dryer on the cold air setting to inflate it , it did good enough ....(I still need to get my husband's shop vac and fill it up more) Chair itself is pretty large in size and very comfortable. Easy to spot clean too! It's bulky, but light enough to carry from room to room. Overall ... I am happy with it and would definitely recommend. It does come with one repair patch. **UPDATE** (8/17/16) okay.. it finally busted, I cannot find the rupture area to save my life to even fix it either! So I am now giving 3 stars instead of the original 5... I guess if you're getting this for an older teen or for adult use, it might be ok.. my kids were just too rough (I told them to be easy....but did they listen?)

  • Super disappointed. I took the product out of the box to inflate it to make sure there were no leaks and the pump worked. All was fine until, I went to put it away in the carrying case. The zipper was not stitched at the end and the zipper zipped completely off. The carrying case is unusable now. Not super happy that I need to buy a new carrying case.

  • Update, 3rd summer season, 2018 Bumped to 5 stars. I still LOVE it. It’s maintained its durability, and I’ve had no problems with holes, leaks, or failing valves- this is enjoying the kayak several times per week, with my dog on board. I use a cheap yoga mat on the floor of the boat for extra protection. *We both, me and my dog, always wear a life vest! I love the portability and ease of set up and take down. I did decide to buy a power pump that plugs into my car. This quickens the set up process, and is especially helpful with complete deflation. A note- the power pump has a safety feature that results in the sections not fillling up as much as I would like. So, I use the power pump, then top off with the manual one. I did seem to lose track of the skeg, however, but I was able to order a replacement directly from intexstore.com, and entered 11650 (the part #) into the search bar. It cost $3.40 plus shipping. If you’re on the fence about this, or are looking for intro equipment to try out kayaking without a huge financial commitment, I can not recommend this particular product enough. Go for it! Living in an area that abounds in natural recreation, I've been debating purchasing a kayak for years. I been on many different hard types via rentals over the years, but the investment in both a kayak, and some type of frame to transport it on my car were definitely prohibitive factors. After a lot of online research, I decided to give an inflatable a try. One of the key requirements was that it was durable enough to bring a dog. This definitely fits the bill. I've taken it out several times, now, and I have to say that I love it. Some of the pros: Easily transportable in any vehicle Easily set up- it takes me about 10-15 minutes, from vehicle to water Durable (I have brought 2 of my 3 dogs, nails trimmed) Roomy Very comfortable Moves well in the water The two dual valves are very reliable Some of the cons: Heavy (it's best to inflate in a location close to the water if possible) Not a one-person task for anyone with any physical limitations (I'm guessing) Paddle is a bit flimsy. I ordered a Day Tripper, which is much better Instructions are a bit lacking Pool-toy style of valves are difficult to manage Deflation can be tedious I chose the two-seater so that I could accommodate another person, or a dog. If you do go with this kayak, I recommend you set it up in your home first to get the hang of the inflation process, and make sure everything is in working order. The manual pump is quite easy to use, and it inflates the kayak quickly. I purchased a small motor pump, mostly for the deflation feature, as getting all of the air out can be challenging- especially the floor, which for some reason does not have the dual valve feature. There is a plug in the rear of the kayak which you should make sure is secure before getting in the water. The intention of this plug is to be able to drain any water from the kayak when done. This is not in the manual, and we found this out the hard way. If you intend to bring your dog, I recommend trimming and filing nails, and make sure he has a life jacket (I recommend Outward Hound). Also, I purchased an inexpensive yoga mat to put inside the kayak on the floor, just for extra protection, and to give more of a feel of stability under their paws. I'm very pleased with this purchase, and I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time exploring in it this summer.

Looks great in a patio, or by the pool, but not long lasting. All of them started loosing air in a week. You can fill the bottom part with water for extra weight, but that was leaking too. Too bad, I like these chairs and they were comfortable too, while they lasted.

  • We own three of these Intex Challenger 1-Person kayaks, and two of the Intex Explorer K2 2-Person Inflatable Kayaks. We love these kayaks and recommend them to anyone looking for the fun and flexibility of a kayak without the typical hassles of transportation and storage. If you're looking for a fast ride down a waterway, this isn't it. They move well but you won't be able to race a hard shell kayak. The single ones are fantastic for teens and adults. The 2-person ones are great for two younger people, one adult and child, or a single person that really wants a lot of room to stretch out. You can but don't have to put both seats in if you only need one. I prefer the green 1-person kayak myself. It's a little narrower and possibly moves a little faster, which I like, but my husband usually chooses the 2 person even if he's riding solo. Want to do a solo one-way trip? Go farther than you planned? UBER. INFLATABLE KAYAK PROS - Easy to store and transport - More stable than standard kayaks. We haven't gotten close to tipping; I can't imagine it happening. - Durable plastic - on our many trips, with various kids and adults, we haven't had one leak - Much higher weight limit than hard shell kayaks - Comes with everything you need - kayak, seat, storage bag, paddle, skeg (snaps on underneath for stability), patch kit and air pump (the 2-person version comes with all the same stuff, except it has 2 paddles and 2 seats) - Storage - there's enough room in the front and back sections of the kayak for your all your gear leftovers, and a drybag with your extras - Pumps up quickly - takes me about 9 minutes for the 2 person K2, and about 6 minutes to hand inflate a K1 (the first few times it'll take you a bit longer than that) - Have electricity where you're going? You can use a standard air mattress pump to inflate. - VERY easy to figure out right out of the box - just READ THE DIRECTIONS the first time! - If you did get a leak (which we have not, even with teens butt-scooting the kayaks from shore to deeper water -- sigh), your kayak will be more difficult to paddle, but probably still won't sink. The kayaks have more than one chamber to inflate, so at most you'd eventually lose half of your air. INFLATABLE KAYAK CONS - You won't win any races in these - they're not as fast as hard shell kayaks - The manual air pumps work great, and once you get into a rhythm most people won't have an issue, but they aren't made for tall people and you will get a bit of a cardio workout when pumping. I love it, but some don't. Electric air mattress pumps do work, if you have electricity access. - Rinsing off and drying once you're home can be a pain - Getting the skeg off after it's been gunked up a bit can take a moment. But seriously use the skeg; without it you're basically paddling on an air mattress down the river. OTHER GEAR WE'VE FOUND USEFUL - SeaSense 8690 X-1 Marine Kayak Paddle, 96-Inch - little longer, little nicer of a grip, but will not fit in your storage bag - 8' X 10' Blue Waterproof Tarp - any cheap tarp will do. For inflating on a non-sharp surface, deflating on a clean-ish surface, and for your vehicle, as they will probably be wet on your trip home - Airhead Folding Grapnel Anchor System - great if you want to hang out in one spot. You can also make your own with an old 5 lb hand weight, marine rope and a carabiner clip (we have 2 like this that work fine.) - Earth Pak Dry Bag and Waterproof Phone Case - 10L / 20L - or any such dry bag and waterproof phone case, for your keys, phone, towel, etc. There's enough room in the front or back of the kayak to store your gear - Crocs Unisex Classic Clog - better than aqua socks and fancy sandals. You can walk on sharp, rocky surfaces, kick them off and shake pebbles out, AND they float! - Shock Cord - 1/8" x 100 ft. Spool Marine Grade - this cord and some extra carabiners will let you make any kayak-type leashes you may need. Great for connecting kayaks together when needed, tether to a pier, paddle leashes, etc. - Sportneer 6.25' Portable Pop Up Changing Dressing Room Tent - a couple times we've kayaked in spots where exiting the water has been in less than pristine conditions...having some wet wipes, dry clean clothes and a moment of privacy can be helpful - Ikea 901.491.48 Frakta Storage Bag - the bag the kayak comes in is ok, but this one is better. Everything you get with the Intex Kayak fits in this bag (even the 2-person yellow kayak fits in it), and you can actually wear the bag as an uncomfortable backpack if you want. They're only about five bucks at the actual store, though, so if you live near one, get it there. The longer oar I suggest above won't fit in this. - Etekcity Quick-Fill Air Mattress Pump, 110-120V - when we do use an electric pump, we use one that came with an old air mattress like this one. Definitely nice for those that don't want the cardio workout. Also nice when pumping in extreme temperatures.

This thing worked fast and it was fairly small. Would recommend.

  • Used as a ball pit... my almost 2 year old loves... this has about 600 balls in it. Love it!!!

This product is so easy to use and assemble. I had no trouble inflating these air mattresses with this pump! I wanted to buy a manual pump since batteries run out this is more reliable.

Purchased this a while ago, but kept it unopened in a box as back up for pur family movie nights. We recently opened them and discovered that one of the two purchased had a huge hole in it. Completely bummed out because now it's too late to get a replacement and it took forever to get these to begin with.

  • Extremely easy to inflate, deflate, and fold up and put in the nice bag that’s included with the purchase. This bed was so comfortable, easy to get in/out of, and I had the best sleep on this air mattress. 😴 The air mattress is good quality, seam lines are perfect, and for me I loved the design. In my opinion, you won’t be disappointed. I just slept on it for 5 nights while I had company in town!

Bought for short camping trips at a small lake. Inflates quickly, easy to pull in and out of the lake and store on a tarp next to the tent at night. LOVE the drain plug at the bow! Rolls up at the end of the trip and pops back into the bag super easy! Feels VERY sturdy with two smaller adults or an adult and child. Seats are fine, though I worry about putting too much pressure on the backrest. 4 stars for now, will update after more trips this summer.
