Bought for holiday use. It was great for a few days, then leaked air. We would fill it up, and it would leak air fast. Checked everything and could not find a hole, or why it was leaking air. Tried to contact customer support and got no help. And they won’t let us return it.

This air bed did not loose any air in the week it was inflated. The pump does not deflate the bed but it does deflate fairly quickly by itself. However, it needs two people to roll it up for storage in the bag provided. Overall, I am impressed with this air bed.

I find Intex to be a reliable brand. We are using the air beds for every day- a lot less expensive than a sleep number bed! Very comfortable, especially since you can adjust the inflation to your preference. The twin lasted almost a year. I gave this 4 stars because I don’t have other brands to compare to, but we have also used Intex above ground pools which are also good products.
