   I bought four of these air mattresses and have had them for over a month now.I use one on the couch for naps
   because of my back.so far the air mattress has held up well and is very comfortable.They are nice and wide and
   should be great for floating in the pool.
   Update June 25 2012 After 2 months of use a seam let go,the air mattress was not used hard and was never used in water.
   The mattress is made of heavy vinyl but the seams are weak.I would be careful using this product in a lake or ocean.

   Wie schon mein Vorredner berichtet läßt sich diese MAtratze nahezu gar nicht aufpusten. Mit dem Mund komplett unmöglich. Mit einer Fußpumpe ist es nur sehr schwer aufzupusten und der Schlauch schießt auf Grund des extremen Drucks den man braucht immer wieder aus dem Ventil heraus. Das liegt zusätzlich zu den katastrophalen Ventilen auch noch daran, daß die Übergänge zwischen dein einzelnen Kammern so schmal sind, daß die vorderen Kammern erst komplett prall sind bevor überhaupt Luft in die nächste Kammer gelangt. Die Ventile lassen sich nicht eindrücken und die Gumminippel zum Verschließen lösen sich dafür von selbst immer wieder. Für unter 5 Euro kann man keine Wunder erwarten und auch keine Luftmatratze, die 10 Jahre hält, aber für Müll sind auch 5,- Euro einfach zu viel.

    Since I purchased this item in the dead of winter, I had no plans to use it as a pool floater. Instead, I needed an inexpensive air mattress for a guest I had visiting. To that end, I have to say it works fairly well with the exception that from the time the person goes to bed, the mattress is leaking air. By the time he/she gets up in the morning, they’re getting up off the floor, not rolling off the mattress.

    For what I paid, I guess it was worth it but I wouldn’t trust it to keep me afloat in a pool for any length of time.
