   Produit livré dans les temps. Matelas qui dépanne bien. Le gonflage se fait avec une pompe adaptée non fournie…. Ce fût la seule mauvaise surprise. Sinon le matelas fait le job permet à un adulte de dormir sans souci.

   I called intex and was on hold for 1 and a half hours on a wednesday. It is clear, they have no interest in communicating with customers. The same number for warranty, replacement, support, help, all the same number. No answer whatsoever. “Unusually long hold times” is not the cause. It is the failure to hire workers or provide adequate product information on the product. However, the package clearly says if you open it, you can’t return it. So…. provide the information one needs on the outside of the package. I own other intex products and they are good so I suspect this one is too, but it has no information on the outside…. It is now a week or more later. I got an email from Intex which appears to have been computer generated based on a word search advising me about return policies rather than addressing my question.
