I’m really upset and hope I can receive a new mattress. It was a great, comfortable, and easy to use air mattress. My daughter used it when she’d come home to visit. After minimal usage the inflator device attached went out. Im not sure if this was a bad one in general or if others have done this..

I got an airbed 5 years ago when I hurt my ankle because I didnt want to go upstairs for a few days. I found out that airbeds are extremely comfortable for me. I have two cats and two german shepherds who climb on it all the time. With the cheaper rubber 40-60 buck ones I would have to get a new one every couple of months because they would get leaks from punctures.
This one, though more expensive by far is also extremely puncture resistant, and thus worth the higher price

USELESS PRODUCT, SELLER WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!
I bought the air mattress to have in case we had guests come to stay in our new home where we did not have a guest room set up yet. We ended up not needing to use it for a few months And once we did, we realized it was either defective or a bad product. It would not stay inflated. We tried several times and it kept deflating.
I reached out to intexdiscount.com for a return, they said it would be more than 30 days so I had to reach out to the seller. intexdiscount.com reached out to the seller on my behalf and the seller said Sorry, its been over 30 days so we wont hell you, you are stuck with an expensive useless product. Will be sure to never order from this company again.

This arrived today. We used a power adapter and plugged it in. Popping sounds, some blue sparks and smoke. Plugged back out. Now I’ll have to buy a 50 dollar electric pump to go with it :((( yes in the manual we found the small icon that says “only for 110V”. Too little too late.

This bed was very easy to inflate with the pump. It is 18″ high and was easy to get into and very cozy to sleep on. However, it is a bit difficult to get out of. This is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5.
We slept on it for 10 days and it only had to be inflated one time. When you deflate it if you lay on it the air comes out rather quickly and is easy to store in the bag provided. If you choose to just let it deflate on its own it will take a bit longer. Over all this is a wonderful bed and I would recommend it!
