This product leaked right out of the packaging and the seller, BACKSTORE, refused a refund citing their return policy that no air mattress removed from packaging was returnable. When I questioned them how one could tell if the mattress was defective or not without removing it from the package I was told I could take it up with the manufacturer. Seller has very poor customer service and treated me rudely.

Maybe this doesn’t count, as my mattress is a queen size, but so glad I read the 1 review that was here.
My mattress leaks and must add air every other day.
The fact that I didn’t realize the inflation has to be done with a car cigarette lighter made a problem for me. Where I live it is very windy and struggling with a partially inflated air-mattress is difficult.
The other review also told me that the place I ordered from does not take returns after the bed is removed from the box.
Since it is impossible to know whether it will stay inflated unless it IS removed from the box, well, I won’t be ordering from them anymore.
If you understand the electricity on it, and if you get one that stays inflated well, then it is a very comfortable air bed.
